Book Introduction
Dong-woo, who has many things he wants to do and eats everything well, is nicknamed 'Dreamy Fatty' by his friends.
During that time, Dong-woo went to many academies and learned kendo, art, violin, swimming, and piano, but he quit after attending for a short period of time.
However, after seeing a ballet performance by chance, Dong-woo begins to dream of becoming a ballet dancer.
Dong-woo's mother ignores his wish to attend ballet school because she thinks that Dong-woo changes his dreams frequently.
Fortunately, with his father's help, Dong-woo is able to enroll in a ballet academy and begins to learn ballet movements diligently.
However, Dong-woo is ignored by the girls at the ballet academy because he is compared to Yoon-gi, who has top-notch skills, but he does not get discouraged and continues to work hard.

Then one day, Dong-woo gets caught by his mother going to ballet school, and his mother tells him to quit ballet, saying that it is really hard to succeed as a ballerina.
It was past 9 PM, but Dong-woo left the house feeling upset. He had nowhere to go and wandered around until he decided to sit on a bench in the ballet academy hallway.
And as he comes out of the bathroom, Dong-woo overhears a conversation between the ballet academy director and the director's daughter, Se-ryeon.
Because of Dongwoo, the girls don't want to go to ballet school and are trying to transfer to other schools, so Dongwoo should not be allowed to go to the school.
After that incident, Dong-woo gets caught up in Seon-ryeol's plan and ends up getting kicked out of the academy.
Will Dongwoo's dream of becoming a ballet dancer end like this? Dongwoo, who has always been fickle with his dreams, will this dream also be abandoned before long? Although he won't be able to attend the academy, with the support of his father and friends, Dongwoo's courageous and powerful journey to achieve his dream of becoming a ballet dancer begins in earnest.

Publisher's Review
Dongwoo, who has many things he wants to do and eats everything well
A brave and powerful challenge towards your dream of becoming a ballerina!

A survey of elementary school students' future aspirations reveals that media and high income have a significant influence, and that preferred occupations are clearly differentiated by gender.
But there are countless jobs in the world, and countless dreams to choose from based on your talents and characteristics.
The most wonderful thing is not something that is popular now and is the envy of others, but something that people will continue to like and enjoy 20 years from now.
Finding such a career isn't easy, but wouldn't it be possible to discover it through diverse experiences? Rather than forcing children's dreams to conform to an adult's expectations, we need to help them discover what they truly want and enjoy, and then help them dream of achieving it.

The full-length children's story "Ballet Tomorrow" by Minyoung Oh, published by Byeolsup, is about Dongwoo, a fat boy with many desires who is nicknamed "Dreamy Fat" and who, after falling for the charm of ballet, continuously strives to achieve his dream of becoming a ballerina.
When Dong-woo says he wants to learn ballet, his mother is fed up with his whims, listing off all the things he has done and quit: kendo, piano, ukulele, art, swimming, taekwondo, baseball, and magic.
At school, when his friends hear that Dong-woo, a fat boy, is doing ballet, they even laugh at him, asking if he is doing it to lose weight.
But Dong-woo doesn't just ignore the voice of his heart that wants to do ballet.
The things he had learned at countless academies up until now were merely hobbies, and they were not attractive enough for Dongwoo to pour all his passion into.

With his father's help, Dong-woo challenges his dream of becoming a ballet dancer without caring about what others think.
As expected, the road is not smooth.
While practicing ballet, she goes through many trials and tribulations and faces the obvious moments of frustration, but she overcomes them with patience and perseverance.
Dong-woo's appearance reminds us of Don Quixote, the icon of reckless challenges, but he also approaches us with a cool image of courage and strength, not giving up even when faced with difficulties.

Readers will see Dong-woo grow through ballet and learn how wonderful and precious each day is as he does his best to achieve his dreams.
After reading this book, it would be a good idea to discuss various topics related to dreams, such as: "What is a dream? What do I truly love to do? Where will I be in 20 years? How many different jobs are there in the world?"
