Book Introduction
In the end, faith wins!

God who governs history,

The belief that everything is in God's hands
Ultimately, it becomes the ability to win the good fight of faith.

Many Christians today are losing their spiritual vitality due to a sense of defeat.
Although the foundation of faith is built, failure is taken for granted, as spiritual lethargy and stagnation prevent one from taking a single step forward.
However, the Christian's path, even if it is like a wilderness, must be filled with victory, not failure.
Because Jesus Christ has already won the victory, and that victory is guaranteed to us as well.

This book emphasizes that a victorious life begins with 'spiritual fundamentals.'
The Word is the surest way to overcome the confusing reality, and the Holy Spirit leads believers to victory through the Word.
Human diligence and ability alone cannot overcome the wilderness of life.
When we acknowledge our own incompetence and seek the help of the Holy Spirit, our faith deepens and our lives become richer.
We must not remain in the familiar religious life, but must embark on a journey of victory that is renewed every day under the guidance of the Word and the Holy Spirit.

This book explains the path to victory in three stages: recovery, maturity, and victory.
And through all of this, we focus our gaze on God.
With the belief that everything is in the hands of God who governs history, we do not lose our praise even in despair and look forward to the work of God that will be accomplished through suffering.

“Believe that the world turns according to God’s will, not our thoughts.
In the end, faith wins.
Living by faith is not an abstract thing.
Faith makes great things happen.
Where there is accomplishment, there is faith.
Faith moves forward.
Faith brings about change.
Faith is not an accessory.
“As faith grows, problems become smaller.”

Into the book
People in the world think of despair negatively.
But in the world of faith, on the path of faith, despair is not a bad thing.
You have to experience despair.
Learn how to approach God through despair.
What's important is what happens after despair.
In this world, despair ends in despair.
But believers are different.
Because our end is not in our hands.
Everything is in God's hands.
If God is silent, we can do nothing.
But God's silence is not God's absence.
Silence is also a form of God's presence.
Sometimes God answers in unexpected ways.
It can even lead to a situation that is worse than the current one.
We cannot know what God's plan is.
We think it's over, but God's plan continues.
Therefore, you should not think that everything should go your way.
We cannot be the masters of our own lives.
You shouldn't become the owner.
I must confess that it is not I but God who is the master of my life.

God is not a legend or a fairy tale character.
He is not a character who exists only in rumors.
God is not stuffed in the past.
It is still in history today.
God is always present.
From everlasting to everlasting, God is God.
God works beyond time and space.
Therefore, God is transcendent.
Faith is not about nostalgia, reminiscing, or commemorating.
You shouldn't try to go back to the past.
We must testify about what is happening now, not what happened in the past.
I need to talk to the living God who is working in me right now.
We must experience God in our daily lives.
--- pp.81-82

All blessings come through a relationship with God.
You can have a peaceful relationship with God through faith.
Therefore, faith is a blessing.
Faith is a gift of God.
It is a gift from God.
The life of faith is enjoying what has been given to us in Christ.
Therefore, we must actively live our lives of faith.
We must enjoy the kingdom of God now.
We must not be satisfied with understanding the doctrine of justification.
We must enjoy a restored relationship with God.
We must enjoy peace with God.
God is on my side.
How amazing! Therefore, in times of hardship and difficulty, we must take refuge in God.
To take refuge in God is faith.
When we take refuge in God, our hearts find peace.
--- pp.129-131

Jesus had no reason to go into the wilderness.
But Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness.
The Holy Spirit drove Jesus out into the wilderness (Mark 1:12).
Jesus was tempted by the devil in the wilderness on our behalf and overcame it.
The Israelites failed in the wilderness, but Jesus triumphed.
And he established the kingdom of God.

Here we need to consider two things.
'Why did the Israelites fail in the wilderness?' and 'How did Jesus triumph in the wilderness?'
The wilderness is a place of testing.
As long as we live in this world, we continue to experience trials.
You have to fight the devil your whole life.
We cannot hope to live in a world that is like a wilderness without trials.
You should take it for granted that you will experience trials.
The test is difficult.
You can't take it lightly.
Those who have passed the test may think it is nothing special.
But those who fail the test pay a price.
If you fail to overcome temptation, you will not enjoy the spiritual privileges that God's children enjoy.
Therefore, God's children must overcome trials.
--- pp.192-193

The world is a spiritual battlefield.
There is a war going on between the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan.
The fight becomes more and more intense.
At this time, we must remember where we belong.
We are God's people who belong to the kingdom of God.
We live for eternity.

We can rest in God.
We can only be satisfied with God.
Worship is resting in God.
Through worship, we can find true satisfaction in God and through God.

What are you desiring? Don't focus on your ego.
Don't pay attention to the world.
I hope you only desire God.
I hope you look to God.
We must love God with all our heart, with all our soul, with all our mind, and with all our strength.
This is the most important thing.
