First, this book is a sign language textbook for beginners of sign language, and was created based on the sign language of the deaf. It includes various examples to make it an enjoyable sign language learning material.

Second, it is a sentence-centered textbook rather than a conventional word-centered textbook, and includes sentence sign language, related words are written only in Korean, and the words in the sentences are indexed in alphabetical order for easy searching.


Third, we have composed a picture of the sign language mainly used by farmers, and have used the pictures to refer to the hand positions and directions, and all sign language movements are basically done in front of the chest.

Fourth, the basic vocabulary for each subject is the vocabulary in the text, and the supplementary vocabulary is a good word to learn in parallel with the basic vocabulary. The practice problems are for practicing the content learned for each subject, and especially hand gestures and etymology are included to make it easy to learn sign language (the answers to the problems are indicated at the bottom).

Fifth, words that combine multiple sign language words to form a single meaning are indicated below the sign language photo in the main text.
