When I expressed my frustration to my teachers in the same grade, they advised me to look at the children as children.
I wrote this with no ill intentions, just how I felt about the teacher, so please think of it as feedback and only point out the parts that you need to refer to.
Hearing the comfort of my peers' teachers made me feel much better, and I was able to improve my attitude by referring to the children's evaluations.
Teacher evaluation is an opportunity to reflect on my shortcomings and receive encouragement and support.
