‘Play’ plays a big role here.
Also, 'play' can motivate students and even lead to a desire for achievement.
The most important things to consider when managing a classroom are ‘relationship building’ and ‘character’.
When it comes to education, teachers must not only teach, but also pay attention to and manage the human relationships related to it.
Rather than imparting knowledge, this part can be a burden to the teacher.

One of the most important reasons why students go to school is to make friends.
When relationships with friends become strained and difficult, it is difficult for the student, parents, and teachers.
The solution to this is ‘play’ that we do on a regular basis.
To create a classroom where students can feel close to each other, 'social play and cooperative play' are the answers.

The feeling of 'happiness' is very important in human life.
