I felt the need for a chord book for those who are not familiar with reading sheet music, so I created a book that allows people to intuitively and easily understand chords by looking at the keyboard diagram.


This book is suitable for those who are familiar with triad inversions and want to learn seventh chords, the next step, and those who want to learn chords before getting into jazz.


When learning chords for the first time, rather than just memorizing them, divide them into 1st and 5th notes, 3rd and 7th notes and memorize them. In particular, understand and memorize the guide tones and tritones, which are the backbone of the chord. This will allow you to freely use the chord's constituent notes later on in the voicing stage.


It is structured so that you can learn sequentially starting from the seventh chord, tension chord, and upper structure triad chord, and it organizes the major scale, minor scale, and mode in 12 keys in one book.


Code and scale are not something that can be completed in a short period of time.
In particular, this book does not contain musical pieces, but is intended as a reference book so that you can easily look up and practice chords and scales in a certain key when you need them.


I hope this book will be helpful to many people, as it is written to make it easy to practice repeatedly while understanding the structure of the code, and to make the necessary content as intuitive as possible.
