Publisher's Review
“Relieve your anger in a fun way, like playing a game!”
Why is anger management necessary?
It's nearly impossible to stay happy all the time, but if you don't relieve stress in a timely manner, it can lead to problems like school violence.
In fact, even adults often don't know why they're angry, so how much more so for students who struggle with controlling their emotions.
Yet, there is still not much education on anger management.
Learn how to manage your anger with the "Anger Management Card" + "Worksheet."
Advantages of the "Anger Management Card"
1.
Positive/negative/anger emotions are color-coded, making it easy to teach to infants/children/teenagers who are not familiar with their emotions.
2.
Since the “emotional expressions” are realistically expressed on the front of the cards, you can play a game by imitating the expressions.
3.
You can write “the meaning of the emotion” and “my state of mind” on the back of the card, making self-directed learning possible.
4.
We've evenly distributed them so that you can learn about a variety of emotions: 15 positive emotions, 15 negative emotions, 10 anger emotions, and 10 anger resolution emotions.
5.
In particular, by breaking down the emotion of anger, we can see that simply being “angry” is not the same as being angry.
I helped students who were unable to recognize their own anger to recognize their inner “anger.”
6.
The 10 anger resolution cards suggest ways to positively resolve “anger feelings” before they build up and explode.
7.
Both the "Anger Management Card" and "Worksheet" are designed with cute illustrations so that anyone can use them with interest.
