28) In the process of revising and declaring the Constitution, it was decided to classify the believers into the following categories: newly admitted believers, infant baptized believers (6 years old and younger), child baptized believers (7-12 years old and younger), and baptized believers (new believers aged 13 years old and older or newly admitted believers aged 13 years old and older). This book was developed as a catechism for child baptism in line with this.
