“Don’t be afraid. We all won!” “Live in any fallen position!” Our church's Pastor Yangjae Kim's QT lecture on the Book of Revelation, Volume 3, has been published. This book is the third book in the series of Q&A on the Book of Revelation, following Volume 1, “I Know You,” and Volume 2, “Eat the Word,” and contains meditations on Revelation chapters 11 through 14. Our life is like a war. College entrance exams, employment, social life, and even married life are all battles every day. Especially with the COVID-19 pandemic disrupting our daily lives, even making a living has become a battle. Pastor Kim Yang-jae, the author, reminds us that in this battle of life, believers are victorious. Since Jesus has already won every battle, the saints who follow the Lamb are also victorious. Yet, he says that our falling and stumbling is not defeat, but God's nurturing and a journey toward victory. A saint must survive in any fallen position. Even if you're covered in blood, you have to stay alive. The last book the Lord gave us, the Book of Revelation, contains all the ways to defeat Satan. The Book of Revelation is not a scary book, but a gospel of love given to the saints so that they may live and not die. This is the secret to victory given to us who live today. Through Pastor Kim Yang-jae's Q&A on Revelation 3, "We Have All Overcome," I hope that all readers will live a life that overcomes Satan, placing the blood of the Lamb, the Word, and community as the secrets to victory. |
