It's okay to look at it without knowing, but the world of 'paintings' and 'famous paintings' is something that you can see as much as you know.
It seems like exhibitions of famous artists are held frequently and many books on famous paintings are published, but somehow it doesn't seem easy for me.
This book is designed for beginners, readers who are interested in drawing but find it difficult, and those who want to learn more about drawing.
If you get into a routine of consistently appreciating one painting a day for 100 days, you will realize that painting is not that difficult.
You can enjoy a 10-minute walk among famous paintings every day with author Lee Yun-seo, who majored in Western painting, painted for 10 years, taught students for 10 years, and lectured on famous paintings and humanities for 10 years while writing books.
It is structured to be easy to read for both adults and teenagers, and an index of artworks by collection is included as an appendix to help visitors visit art museums while traveling.
For 100 days, you can see well-known masterpieces, outstanding works by our painters of the Joseon Dynasty, a portrait of King Gojong painted by a Westerner, various self-portraits, works by painters who were not recognized during their lifetime but gained fame after death, works by painters famous for their paintings full of maternal love but who lived their entire lives as single, and various works by painters who have weathered the waves of life.
Works by Monet, Van Gogh, and Renoir, often seen through exhibitions, as well as works from the National Museum of Korea, can also be viewed in advance in book form.
