『Daesa Theater - Great Lines that Shaped Korean Cinema』 is also a collection of Korean film lines, containing 800 important lines that shaped the history of Korean cinema since liberation.
We have selected and included lines that leave an unforgettable impression by drawing attention to the visual composition of the film scene and allowing viewers to infer its meaning.


This book is an expanded version of the 12th issue of the Korean Film Archive's journal, Archive Prism, published in the spring of 2023, titled 'Dialogue Theater - 100 Dialogues That Made Korean Films.'
Most of the 12th issue of 『Archive Prism』 has been reprinted, and 100 lines of dialogue are explained by eight film critics, allowing for a deeper understanding of the context and meaning surrounding each line.
