For over 10 years, Teacher Byeol has been providing counseling and lectures at numerous youth camps as well as schools, and has run a 'career coaching program for youth.'
The completed 3-step career exploration process was compiled into 51 questions and included in one book, “If You Write It, You Will Find It.”
For successful career exploration, ‘self-understanding’ must come first.
Let's get to know who I am by asking small questions like, "Have you ever liked someone, whether it's a celebrity or a friend your age?" and, if you can't think of something you like, "What do you dislike?"
Based on this, I can find out my aptitude and strengths, and think about various perspectives such as what a job is, how much money I want to earn, what it would be like to work not only domestically but also overseas, and even starting a business.
