Father Justino's Pilgrimage to Healing, Part 2
Description
Book Introduction
Three great saints who showed us the way to spiritual life:
Saint Ignatius of Loyola, Saint Teresa of Avila, Saint John of the Cross
This book provides a detailed explanation, with photos, of what I felt while on a pilgrimage with the retreatants of the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises to the areas of Spain where the three saints were actually active (Montserrat, Manresa Grotto, Zaragoza, Segovia, Avila, Alba de Tormes, Salamanca, Mondragon, the Shrine of Our Lady of Aranzazu, the Castle of Loyola, the Grotto of Massabielle, the Shrine of Lourdes, etc.).
This pilgrimage tells us that the lives of spiritual leaders are not about achieving feats we cannot imitate, but about self-denial through love for God and constantly seeking God's will, even in situations similar to ours.
The author, Father Kim Pyeong-man, majored in economics at Seoul National University, then entered seminary and became a priest.
While serving as an assistant priest, he was assigned to study abroad in Rome and left the country. After studying for six years, he received a doctorate in spiritual theology.
He is currently the director of the Catholic Medical Center's Youngseong-gu Office.
There is a pilgrimage book to the Italian Holy Land, 『Father Justino's Pilgrimage to Healing, Volume 1』, published in 2020.
