This book is for modern people who are struggling with burnout and excessive stimulation in their busy daily lives, and helps them find their center of the day with a 5-minute routine of reading in the morning and writing in the evening.
First, 『365 Days of Reading Meditation』 suggests a mindfulness routine that awakens the mind with one page in the morning, and 『100 Days of Writing Meditation』 is a mindfulness journal book that asks oneself a short question at the end of the day and records the answer.
This series is the result of expanding the daily messages and practical tips from the 'Daily Meditation' app into a paper book with an analog feel.
I complete my daily routine with mindful reading in the morning and mindful writing in the evening, and I can create a small meditation room on my desk anytime, anywhere.
The two-volume 'Daily Meditation Series' will bring our attention, distracted by dopamine overload, back to the 'here and now.'

This book contains four questions per day, with the first three questions repeated every ten days, allowing you to observe your patterns in change.
The last question changes every 30, 30, and 40 days, providing a new perspective.
This type of journaling helps me clarify my emotions through emotional labeling and creates distance between my thoughts and myself, allowing me to look at myself objectively.
Five minutes before bed, a small pause with a pen in hand brings my attention back to the here and now, helping me end the day with my breath.
