This textbook begins with the necessity and principles of lifelong education management, covers various educational management strategies and techniques, and aims to advance to the organizational plan for lifelong learning that will be needed in our society in the future.

This textbook is largely divided into three parts.
In Part 1, we will examine the institutional and policy implications of lifelong education management based on its necessity and principles.

Part 2 covers specific topics related to the management of an organization, including planning, human resources, finance, and marketing, which are the backbone of business administration.
In Part 3, we examine areas where lifelong education management can be considered a prerequisite for opening up the future.
Leadership and Community Education,
Community movements and learning organizations are topics that enable new practices at the intersection of education and management, and are addressed from a forward-looking perspective.

'Lifelong Education Management' is a course designed to help students improve their practical skills by integrating specific theories from a management perspective. It requires a deeper understanding and application skills than other courses.
We hope that this will lead to an attempt to establish a new field of practice for lifelong education.
