At that time, the dessert I often made in the small oven at home was egg tarts.
Years later, as I was running the store, I suddenly remembered egg tarts, so I dug up an old recipe and tried to make them again.
This is how Shurazcake's egg tarts started.
This egg tart was created through countless tests, with the recipe modified and supplemented while recalling memories of making it in the past.

As the egg tarts began to sell like hotcakes in the store, requests for lessons poured in. There were so many people coming to learn that classes were divided into morning and afternoon sessions, and delivery sales were so popular that they sold out in less than 10 seconds.
When I was selling at a department store, I had a really strange experience where it was like pouring water into a bottomless pit, and then the products would disappear as I filled the showcase, and then disappear again as I filled it.
We have published a book on a menu that has been loved by many people for a long time.
With a grateful heart for the love I've received, I've once again tested and confirmed everything I've experienced through trial and error, and I've meticulously included each and every question students commonly ask and points that are easily overlooked.
