With this awareness in mind, this book comprehensively analyzes the issues, trends, and prospects surrounding the problems we face today and whose repercussions may continue into the future, such as the US-China conflict, island disputes, nuclear weapons, terrorism, Middle East wars, refugees, climate change, infectious diseases, democracy in the age of artificial intelligence, and robot taxes.
This book, covering ten topics, will hopefully provide some small help in understanding the current state and characteristics of the global problems occurring before our eyes, and in predicting the direction in which they will unfold, the changes they will bring about, and the impact they will have on "future society."
