Mandala Chart Practice
Description
Book Introduction
The secret to Shohei Ohtani's success that helped him achieve his dream.
Mandala chart
The magic of the 9-square rule will change your life.
9-block thinking, mandala thinking

The 'Mandala Chart Practice Method' also practiced by Shohei Otani consists of a 9-cell matrix with a central core.
Write your ultimate goal in the center of the 9 squares, and then fill in the remaining 8 squares with life-related elements to realize that dream. Set specific goals for each square and make them intersect with each other.
The remaining eight goals can be organized and clarified to achieve the central, larger goal.

Michael Michalko, a world-renowned creativity expert, praised mandala charts, comparing them to mind maps, as a solution for people who are disorganized, have trouble concentrating, cannot use their entire brain, and have trouble transferring the information needed to solve problems from short-term to long-term memory.

The 'Mandala Chart Practice Method', which places oneself in the center of the 9-square writing area and writes down goals for all categories of life, including personality, economy, learning, business, family, society, health, and play, is accompanied by detailed planning methods such as weekly plans, monthly plans, and yearly plans, so it can be used in various ways, such as business goals, learning goals, work promotion goals, and children's education goals.
In other words, it can be said to be a universal practice method that can be used by people of all ages, including students, office workers, test takers, and parents.
This book provides detailed instructions on how to write a mandala chart schedule, along with sample notebooks for writing weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules, to help readers understand the plan.

Readers who want to actively solve problems related to their failure to achieve their goals, or who are dissatisfied with their plans but fail to achieve satisfactory results, will find this book to be an opportunity to achieve their dreams and enrich their lives.

Publisher's Review
Why do we always fail to achieve our goals?
Because just having a goal is meaningless.
Compared to Ohtani, who achieved his dream of making it to the major leagues, we probably don't remember ever achieving our goals to a satisfactory degree, even though we always make plans.
Most of us have set grandiose goals but failed to achieve tangible results. We make resolutions at the beginning of each year but only last three days. We make diet plans but give up halfway through. We fail to achieve our quarterly work goals. We give up preparing for exams halfway through.
That's because they only had goals and didn't think about detailed implementation methods.

Some people might argue that writing down goals on paper, setting deadlines for achieving them, and setting short-term and mid-term goals are pointless.
However, the author says that even if you practice all of these, you cannot say that you have succeeded.
This is because there is a trap in setting a goal and focusing on that one thing.
The story is about being obsessed with one goal and pushing other things to the back burner, either failing to achieve that goal or, even if you do achieve it, not getting to where you wanted to go through that goal.

The most important thing, the author says, is to set balanced goals. That is, to achieve satisfactory results and realize your dreams, you must set goals for all elements and practice them comprehensively.
