Do I really need an emotion card?
1.
It's surprisingly effective.
“Every morning or evening, I ask the children to leave three emotion cards on the living room table that describe how they are feeling that day.
If you ask me why I chose that emotion card, I'll answer quickly.
It's easy to start a conversation and understand what your child is worried about these days.
I think the child also feels that he is respected.
The reason we choose three emotion cards is because children also feel multiple emotions at once.”
