Pope Francis, who was elected the 266th Pope in March 2013, has always lived as a good shepherd, turning his gaze to the lowly and emphasizing that the Church exists for the poor.
During the Pope's visit to Korea, the entire nation watched his every move closely and felt their hearts warmed, and many confessed that they saw in him a great hope they had never seen before.

The Pope's steps, meekly following the guidance of the Holy Spirit, are creating a great wind of renewal throughout the Church.
We too, hope that we can experience this wind with our whole bodies, gladly accept this invitation of the Holy Spirit, and live a life of appropriate response. This book was compiled by nuns who made their final vows in 2015.

It naturally leads to looking back on one's life, finding comfort and courage, and moving forward into a new life.


If you follow the order of this book for one month, from the 1st to the 31st, and do Eucharistic adoration, including prayer topics, introduction to prayer, opening prayer, prayer intention, prayer to the Holy Spirit, Bible verses, meditation on the Pope's words, engraving, prayer to the Virgin Mary, and concluding prayer, you will be able to meet the Holy Trinity, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who are present within us.
In particular, I can feel my relationship with Jesus, the Way, the Truth, and the Life, deepening day by day.
This is because when we pray with the Word at the center, the Word illuminates and changes our lives.
I hope that praying with this book will be a joyful experience of discovering the love and dreams the Lord has planted within us.

It is more beneficial to pray for fifteen minutes before the Blessed Sacrament than to do all the other good deeds all day long.
Of course, it is true that you can receive anything you ask of God anywhere.
