The revised edition of the textbook, '2026 Basic Law Entrustment Law for Legal Scriveners (5th Edition)' has been published by Parkmungak Publishing Co., Ltd.


The overall structure of the textbook is similar to the previous one, divided into Part 1 General Theory and Part 2 Specific Theory, but the specific theories have been newly organized and edited.

In recent years, this textbook, although not extensive, has been sufficient for preparing for the Deposit Law exam.
However, there have been significant recent revisions to deposit-related matters.
To faithfully reflect these changes and ensure that it serves as a basic textbook on the Deposit Act, the previous textbook has been revised.


The overall textbook system maintained the previous system, and was still based on the textbook of the Court Officials Training Institute and the Deposit Practice Manual (Court Administration Office), so that the content of the actual exam passages and the texts in the textbook itself were mostly consistent.
