Worship and God through the eyes of a philosopher

Christians participate in worship by praising, praying, confessing, and sharing the Eucharist.
Philosopher Wolterstorff analyzes traditional worship practices to show the understanding of God revealed in Christian worship.
In particular, it reveals the understanding of God 'implied' in worship and examines the implications of such an implicit understanding of God.
Through this, we discuss topics that have not been explored in existing theology, such as the “God who listens,” and highlight the differences between the understanding of God presupposed in believers’ worship practices and the understanding of God studied by theologians.
