Description
Book Introduction
The original text of the Gungtongbogam is Nanganmang (欄江網), written by an unknown author during the Ming Dynasty of China. It was compiled and published as Johwawonyak (造化元?) by an official in charge of astronomy in the early Qing Dynasty.
Afterwards, in the late Qing Dynasty, Yeo Chun-tai re-edited and published Nangangwang as Gongtongbogam (窮通寶鑑), and in modern times, it became known to the world when Taiwanese fortune teller Xu Le-o published the commentary on Gongtongbogam Pyeongju in 1937.

Publisher's Review
The current Gungtongbogam that we are familiar with is explained by Taiwanese fortune teller Xu Luo-wu from the perspective of the theory of geokguk (格局論), which is different from the original intention of the Nangangwang (欄江網) which is the theory of energy and momentum.
The Gungtongbogam (窮通寶鑑) is a book on the theory of the harmony of yin and yang and the prevention of cold and heat by dividing the ten stems into months and achieving balance through the cycle of yin and yang and the five elements.
If you want to understand the Gungtongbogam, you must start by knowing the difference between the theory of geokguk (格局論) and the theory of giseon (氣勢論).
