This textbook is designed to help students preparing for the subjective essay, essay, and case studies of the Certified Labor Attorney Examination, the Bar Examination, and the 5th-grade civil service examination understand and prepare efficiently.


The features of "YES THE Labor Law [Basic Lecture] (Theory · Case Law)" (8th edition) are as follows.

1. It has been organized in a way that is easy for test takers to understand.
In particular, the introduction to “Part 3: Collective Labor-Management Relations Law,” which is difficult for test takers to encounter in reality, contains a comprehensive study method for collective labor-management relations law.

Whether we are test takers or instructors, our beginnings are humble.
Sometimes I feel like I'm pouring water into a bottomless pit every day.
How can we move forward in this situation?

I think that 'daily consistency' might make it possible.
It would probably be something that is easily found in everyday life, such as sitting in a reading room and studying, not missing class, taking notes, or looking at sub-notes on the bus.
But if this consistency, rather than specialness, accumulates over 365 days, it will overflow the bottomless pit and propel us upward.
