We have published the revised edition (13th edition) of the Certified Labor Attorney Civil Code for the 2026 Certified Labor Attorney Exam.
This 13th edition has been revised with the following points in mind.

First, we have added recent case law up to December 2024.
We have added important precedents from other exams to help you prepare for future exams.

Second, we have included important questions from the Certified Labor Attorney Examination held in 2025.
After the exam was changed to 40 questions, new case law texts were added, and other previous exam case law examples were also included.

Third, the amendments to the law were reflected.
Articles 50 (Branch Office), 51 (Registration of Office Relocation), 52-2 (Registration of Provisional Dispositions, such as Suspension of Duties), 85 (Registration of Dissolution), 1004-2 (Declaration of Loss of Inheritance Rights), and 1112 (Persons with Rights to Reserved Portion and Reserved Portion) have been amended.

Fourth, the free special lectures (videos) on the subject of the article will continue to be held at the “Law School of Passing.”
