Book Introduction
The types and compositions of the various types of clothing worn by men and women were classified.
Among men's robes, the production process of Cheollik, Danryeong, Jikryeong, Aengsam, Simui, Dapho, Dopo, Daechangui, Hakchangui, and Jungchimak was selected, and among women's robes, Wonsam and Jangot were selected.
The types of pottery selected are works that the authors have actually produced and exhibited, so they can easily explain the production process to readers through an understanding of the actual production process rather than theory.
The composition content is presented in a diagram format to help readers understand the composition and part names of the completed cannons by actually producing them through the various cannon manufacturing processes.
In the process of making a po, the necessary dimensions, pattern making, stitching, and sewing methods are presented in diagram form along with the corresponding process data to make it easy to understand.
I believe that these traditional clothing robes have great value not only in providing data through historical research, but also as source material for new hanbok designs.
