I'm often asked if I miss the days when I could travel freely.
If you say you don't miss it, that would be an obvious lie.


I crossed borders on my bicycle, hitchhiked to survive, and begged for a place to sleep.
There were more than a few times when I almost put down my spoon, and there were also times when I secretly shed tears out of loneliness.


There were countless difficult moments that I would rather not experience twice, but since it was entirely my choice, I have no regrets because I have faithfully traveled every moment.
But even as time passes, I can't help but miss you.
Even then, I will do my best to miss you like I do now.

I'm thinking about leaving again.
For a long time, like living for a month or living for a year.
I look forward to starting my morning in a foreign country in a language other than my own.

Until that day comes, I will live my daily life like a trip, my trips like my daily life, and my travels like a trip.
