The Ministry of Education aims to achieve 100% one-device per person coverage by 2025.

We have implemented a one-device-per-person distribution project in all 16 provincial offices of education across the country.
In May 2023, the Ministry of Education selected all 16 offices of education as pilot offices for digital education innovation.
And 2025 is the year when digital textbooks will begin to be implemented, and by then, they said they would establish a one-person, one-device system.
The pace of implementation varies depending on the circumstances of each provincial office of education, but in reality, all offices of education are very focused on rapidly increasing the rate of device penetration.
