Ministry to the homeless and elderly living alone, ministry to build schools in Africa, ministry to worship life with young people…
At first glance, it seems like a remarkable achievement by an outstanding minister.
But all these things started from a very small act of obedience.
As I read the Bible and obeyed a word that was deeply ingrained in my heart, another word came to me and led to another obedience.

The author strongly asserts, “It is not success, it is the Bible.”
The reason I can shout like that is because I myself have lived such a life fiercely.
Because I have personally seen with my own eyes how precious the fruits of the kingdom of God are produced when we live a life following the Word rather than pursuing worldly success.

What we need now is not religious services.
Rather, practical faith that allows us to go out into the world and live as Christians is more important than ever.
This book contains dynamic stories of faith that go beyond simply knowing the Word and living it out through one's own actions.
This story will lead us back to the Word, to reach out to our neighbors in love, and to experience God's work through obedience.

The fact that Christians believe in Jesus and experience a change in their values ​​means that the Bible, the Word of God, becomes the sole standard and direction for our lives.
Among the countless choices in this life, we must live by making decisions according to God's word.
Everyone! I want to challenge myself.
“It’s not a number, it’s a letter.
It's not success, it's the Bible.
It's not money, it's Jesus.
We should aspire to be disciples rather than dream of becoming rich.” Do not emulate and follow the worldly values ​​that the world speaks of.
We must resist this utterly.
God's Word is the only standard that teaches and guides our lives.
And I believe that following that path is the true goal of the life of saved Christians.

From "Success, Not the Bible!"

God's providence was truly amazing.
God gave a young Korean couple the desire to build a school in Africa, and at the same time, he led a pastor on the other side of the world to pray for the same dream.
And in God's time, He brought together two desires.
Or, more precisely, God gave His people in Korea and Uganda a hope, and He fulfilled it in His time.
Truly, God is alive, and His providence is mysterious.
Through this event, we not only had a wedding, but we experienced God working through our lives.
And as we follow His guidance, we learn that our small acts of obedience can be an answer to someone's prayer.

From “Because I obeyed the word”

When my wife and I were studying abroad, the poorest and most lonely, God mobilized many of His people as a cavalry of ravens to feed, clothe, and care for us.
When we shared and gave to others according to God's word, when we were most in need and in the most difficult and trying times, He took pity on us and gave us a generous, overflowing embrace, pressing down and shaking it all together.
We have received in return the service we had shown to our neighbors in Korea with a heavy heart.
God never forgets even the small acts of service we give.
And when we need it most, He is the One who gives us abundantly in our lives.

In fact, even if we seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, there are many times when He does not give them more.
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, for he has already done greater things for us than these.
The gospel of salvation through the cross of the Lord Jesus Christ is already sufficient, but God continues to add to it.
I'm not sure why.
However, I believe that this repayment is a call to rededicate myself to your country.

From “Towards a New Calling”

Our believers are encountering the kingdom of God because they met the wrong pastor.
We believe that the God of the church is truly alive.
Our church is a really fun church.
When our youth pioneer church, which didn't even have its own space, sought His kingdom and His righteousness first (we built a school in the Philippines!), He allowed us to secure our current church space at half the market price.
And after seeking first his kingdom and his righteousness (continued sharing ministry, missionary support, etc.), the owner of the church building is now telling me not to pay the rent.
So we also seek the kingdom of God first.
I will continue to seek first his kingdom and his righteousness.
If you fill it out, I'll get it again.
Even if you don't fill it out, I'll get it first.
So we will continue to save your country!

The word of God is truly alive.
Let us take one step at a time, guided by the light of the Word.
Just one step of obedience is all it takes.
There is no need to dream and plan grandiose tasks and ministries from the beginning.
All you have to do is live each day according to the words that shine upon you each day.
At such times, God will lead us in a way we could never have imagined or thought of.
It's just one step.
That one step of obedience will lead to another step of tomorrow.
