Epilogue

Into the book
There was a young man in the church I served at a long time ago.
This young man was nicknamed 'Worship Stone'.
It was a nickname given to him because his passion was so hot that he would wander around the chapel whenever it was time to praise during worship.

We must experience praise and worship, which are elements of worship, within worship.
For if we do not worship and praise, and if we do not worship and revere, it is the same as not worshipping.
It is the church's duty to lead people to experience both elements of worship.

In this respect, the worship team must also be well-informed of the many worshippers, especially those who do not like music or do not know much about music.
The important thing is that we are different from each other, so we need to understand each other well.
This is because worship is conducted by the worship team that leads the worship and the worshippers who worship under their guidance, all at the same time and in the same space.

The following week, we were making kimchi, and the worship team came out to help.
The pastors were so happy to see young people who had never helped them before come out and help, that after the service, they brought out bossam and treated the worship team to a meal.
And the next Sunday came and the pastors clapped their hands enthusiastically during the praise.
In fact, the song list didn't change much, but they were clearly clapping happily.

Sub-leaders are middle leaders.
This point must be remembered.
The term middle leader has three meanings.

First, it means that you are not the final decision maker.
Second, it is a communication channel that connects the upper and lower levels.
Third, and most importantly, you must know exactly what your authority and responsibility are.
