Go back to the old ways
Description
Book Introduction
It is a spiritual guide that turns our hearts back to God and attracts the powerful presence of the Holy Spirit.
The heart of this book is the altar and sacred heritage on the old road.
The author emphasizes that the altars built by the patriarchs were points of access to meet God, remember the covenant with Him, and experience His presence.
This is a powerful appeal that our lives themselves should become holy altars offered to God.
It reminds us that not only certain pastors or those with spiritual gifts can meet God, but that all believers can boldly approach God's throne as royal priests and enjoy His presence.

The prophecy delivered by Haggin
Into the book
“Thus says the LORD: ‘Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it.
“You will find rest for your souls.” But they answered, “We will not go there” (Jer 6:16).
Some of the programs and methods of our church today are no longer effective.
Someone has to tell the truth, as Jeremiah did in his day.
Jeremiah was a great prophet who was completely devoted to God.
At that time, prophets did not accept donations or ask for payment for their words.
Jeremiah 6:16 says the ancient paths exist, so why didn't God simply tell us where they are so we could walk them? Why does He ask us to ask? The answer is free will.
The Lord must make us actively involved and give us permission to do so.
God said through Jeremiah, “Ask the old ways.”2
The Holy Spirit speaks equally to believers all over the world.
“Ask the old way.”
Go back to the old ways of asking God what the good way is.
Ask the Old Ways - Primal Faith
“Who through faith conquered kingdoms, administered righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became valiant in battle, put foreign armies to flight. Women received back their dead. Others were tortured, not accepting release, so that they might obtain a better resurrection” (Hebrews 11:33-35).
We must return to the old path, to the right track.
The old way is not the modern worship that uses smoke as lighting, but the good way.
That is the path we must walk.
We need prophets who die for the message they preached.
They were willing to die for the sake of spreading God's word because what they believed was so real.
The prophets and saints of the Bible, including Jesus Christ, counted the cost and realized that God was worth it.
That is true faith.
“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me.
“The life I now live in the body I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me” (Galatians 2:20).
If you want to build your faith, die to your desires.
Then you can live for Christ.
Many people live lives that hinder their own faith.
In other words, you must stop fighting with yourself.
I know what I'm talking about.
I saw from heaven what must be adjusted within us.
We must ask about the old paths, the paths that God established before the foundation of the world.
On this path you can see the original stone foundations, this is the path I want to walk.
Everything seems fine until you meet a true prophet.
Then you realize that you have been listening to non-prophets.
Perhaps ministers need to return to work.
What if we had to be at work in the first place? What if we had to own everything? The government is terrified of that.
Because ownership gives you authority.
Many people refuse to walk with God.
As mentioned earlier, Jeremiah 6:16 instructs us to ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and to walk in them.
Even a five-year-old can do this.
Just ask and do as God says.
Then you will find rest for your soul.
The Bible continues, “They answered, ‘We will not go there.’”
You might be wondering who 'they' are.
It refers to God's people.
Did you know that all of Scripture was written for God's people? The epistles of the Bible are prophetic messages to believers.
Unfortunately, they said they would not go down the old path, and this is what has happened over the generations.
Several years ago, I heard God speak through the prophet Kenneth Hagin.
I was attending Rhema Bible School in 1987 when the Lord revealed Himself to him, and He wrote a book called Plans, Purposes, and Pursuits.
While I was ministering with the youth, Haggin proclaimed the word of the Lord, and the power of God came down very mightily.
He said that Jesus stood and explained everything to him.
The Lord said through Haggin:
“In the last days many will fall away and not follow the Holy Spirit.” He repeated this several times, and then said, “They will not follow the Holy Spirit and will stop obeying Him.
He continued, “If we are not people of the Word as well as of the Holy Spirit, God’s complete work will not take place.”
In other words, Jeremiah 6:16 exhorts God's people to return to the old ways and walk in them.
Just as the people of the Old Testament said, "We will not go there," some at Rhema Bible School rejected the Lord's word through Haggin, and this really surprised me.
After that, the Lord left me there and sent me to work in a secular job for 30 years, where I saw people saved and healed every day.
“As it is written, ‘I have made you a father of many nations,’ in God, whom he believed, even God who gives life to the dead and calls into existence things that do not exist” (Romans 4:17).
Never forget that as a believer you have a valid relationship with God.
You are born again, raised from the dead, and filled with the power of God.
There is a word of faith within you.
So when you talk and stamp your feet, the devil fears you more than you know.
You can call things that are not there as if they were there.
The devil knows what you are doing and will try to oppose you.
He will lose his mind and try to drive you crazy by calling all the weird families you have.
You will begin to see events coming together.
When you stand firm in the truth, some people around you will not walk in that truth and will refuse to follow the right path.
The Early Church and Today's Church
What if John the Baptist were alive today? He would be
I would never have gotten the chance to appear on Christian television.
Because he didn't write a book.
If they had asked him to preach, they would have had to fit him into a 30-minute slot.
Imagine an interview.
The broadcaster asks.
“John, what do you do?”
He answers.
“Yes, I just preach.”
When the broadcaster asks how long the message is, John answers:
“About 4 seconds.”
Then the broadcaster asks:
“Yes, what are you saying?”
John says:
“Repent, for the kingdom of God is here.”
The presenter tells him:
“Oh, I see.
Reconnect later
“I’ll lock it for you.”
The people who wrote the Bible would not be fit for ministry today.
Most churches would not want James preaching in their churches.
He tore up their sermons on faith and said, “Show your faith by your works.
Take me to my car.
I will say, “I will leave here.”
Paul says:
"Yes, what about the man who lives with his father's wife? After his infant baptism, we will hand him over to Satan."
Consider this part of worship.
First the babies
Those who come forward and are handed over to Satan will line up on the other side.
To put it bluntly, Paul instructed the Corinthian church to hand the man over to Satan so that his body could be destroyed and his soul saved (see 1 Corinthians 5:4-5).
Would you like Peter to preach? He won't use a chicken bucket for collection; he'll have you come forward and place your offering at his feet.
Imagine him looking into your eyes and saying, "Is this what you've decided to give? Is this all there is?"
When he looks at you, you will see an ambulance and an undertaker over his shoulder.
In Peter's sermon, a couple named Ananias and Sapphira
He died instantly after lying to the Holy Spirit about his offering.
This actually happened in the early church.
The Bible says that great fear and awe came upon the whole church, and that everyone in the city heard the news (see Acts 5:1-11).
Imagine a town flying its flags at half-mast because of what happened at the church.
Imagine this today.
The church has a first service
Although he lost Narnia, his wife Sapphira, who took an hour and a half to fix her hair, had no idea he was dead.
She finally showed up for the second service a few hours later, and Pastor Peter didn't even try to help her.
No one sent her a warning text message saying, “Your husband is dead, so you better make up your own story.”
Peter asked her, “How much did you sell the land for?”
The first and second services that Sunday proved to be quite a big event.
Now, do you want Peter to come to your church?
We must take Jesus' yoke upon us and return to His original plan for us and the church.
Do not be like those who, when asked where the ancient paths are, the good way, and were told to walk in it, stubbornly answered, “We will not go there!”
Prophetic Messages and Prayers for You
Put everything down.
Let go of all your failures, your past, and all your unrealistic expectations.
Just lay everything down and worship the Lord.
Let Him speak to you.
He is healing you.
The Holy Spirit is guiding you and speaking to you.
“Don’t fight what I’ve already said about you.
You have to let go of your addiction.
Because you are better than that.
You are royalty! You have been abused, but it was not me who did it.
Don't go back to those things again.
Because you are better than that.
I love you.
“Liberation is coming.”
Better things will happen to you.
You will be able to breathe.
All the lying spirits who spoke through your relatives and those who harmed you have no idea what they did.
Satan's power has been broken from your life, and healing is coming.
It's flowing out now.
The Lord has brought you to this time and place through all of this.
Everything you have been through has been to prepare you.
The Lord is truly with you.
He is forming your personality.
Put down idolatry (worshipping other things).
The power of the enemy is broken in the name of Jesus.
God doesn't want your money.
He wants you.
Father, have mercy on us.
Heal our hearts with your Holy Spirit.
Lord, we cry out to you.
The Lord must help us.
Lord, arise in us.
In Jesus' name I pray.
amen.
The Lord said, “I will create something out of nothing.
He said, “It will come to you.”
Psalm 139:16 tells us that each of our days is recorded in a book.
The Lord Jesus Christ is putting His finger on what is written about you today.
This is the point of no return.
The doors behind were closed.
You will not go back.
There are books inside you.
There are songs inside you.
The Son of God lives in you; let Him speak.
If you believe, nothing is impossible for you.
All things are possible to those who believe.
Seek to experience communion with the wonderful and majestic Holy Spirit.
Shio.
This will enhance your walk with God and develop you.
Consider that the Holy Spirit will influence your prayer life.
You should be able to sense when the Holy Spirit wants to speak something through you and is urging you to do something.
Your tongue is your rudder; it must tell where you are going.
I believe you will change history.
It is time to return to the old paths and walk in the fundamental truths (where there is a good way) that God has ordained for us.
Lord, open our eyes to see and understand the hope to which we have been called.
Help us to understand that the glorious inheritance that is in the saints and the power that raised Jesus from the dead dwells within us.
Lord, fill us with the light of your revelation right now.
Father, may the power of the Lord and the illumination of the Spirit of God be in us.
Let it burst out.
In Jesus' name I pray.
amen.
“You will find rest for your souls.” But they answered, “We will not go there” (Jer 6:16).

--- From "Chapter 01_The Cries of the Prophets"
Publisher's Review
When my father impressed upon my heart to write "Back to the Old Paths," he was impressing upon me how seriously the church had strayed from its divine course and how crucial and essential it was for us to return to the foundation from which it was originally intended.
In the Father's great love, He has predestined each of us to walk with Him on the path of holiness.
There we discover our identity, our direction, and our true life.
Jesus Himself lived as our example and made the way for us through His work completed on the cross 2,000 years ago.
But he didn't stop there.
He gave us the Holy Spirit to help us.
This Holy Spirit is the one who adjusts our orbit and tells us to return to our rightful place.
In 2003, Kenneth E.
Before Haggin was taken to heaven, he gave his final prophetic message to the public.
I was deeply moved by what he said.
Because it contained elements similar to the mission Jesus had given us to help mature the body of Christ.
These prophetic words are still relevant to us today, and perhaps even more so now.
I would like to share some of those words with you here.
The people of the world will continue to walk the path they have walked.
And darkness will fall upon them.
But you walk in the light.
When you accept His word, He gives you light.
Do as I say.
Walk in the Word.
Walk in the Spirit.
Then power will come upon you.
And the glory of God will be seen in your faces.
Many people will turn to the Lord.
Great days, great times, and great blessings lie ahead.
So be glad and rejoice.
Many people are concerned about what has happened, the fear that has gripped many people's hearts.
Many people are concerned about war.
Many people are worried about the future.
It seems like the darkness is getting deeper.
Dark clouds hang over the horizon of time.
But the Lord Almighty said, “Do not follow what you see with your eyes.
Do as I say.
Do what the Holy Spirit tells you.
For he speaks to every heart.
But they act in the natural realm and pay no attention to their own minds.
“They act in the realm of the mind, thinking only of themselves and planning in their own way,” he says.
We boast that we are a church of the Word and a people of the Word.
And that is right and good.
The Lord says that you are truly a people of the word.
But do not forget that you are also people of the Holy Spirit (spiritual beings).
Yes, that's right.
The word goes on.
But the Holy Spirit wanted to work among you, but you ignored him and kept silent.
Some temporarily obeyed the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit will reveal himself to you through revelations, through the word of knowledge, the word of wisdom, and the discernment of spirits.
But there will be those who will respond fully, and they will say, “Yes, Lord.
Yes, Lord.
I have made mistakes in the past.
Even disobeyed.
“Please forgive me.”
And remember that He forgives.
Remember that there is mercy.
Remember, the Bible says, “Let us then come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need” (Hebrews 4:16).
Many people have left the fellowship of the saints.
But come into fellowship.
Fellowship with one another.
And be of one mind in praising and worshiping God.
Then glory will come in a way you have never seen before.
Therefore, rejoice and be glad.
An enemy is a defeated enemy.
Jesus has won.
Victory belongs to everyone.
No one will return empty-handed, but all must command and claim their rights and privileges in Christ Jesus and walk in complete victory.
Ask nothing of your father.
He is the Provider.
But ask the devil, who seeks to thwart God's plan and prevent it from being accomplished.
But everything will work out in the end.
Everything will finally come true.
The Holy Spirit has spoken to many ministers here tonight.
He spoke to you last time.
He told you exactly what to do.
You haven't done it yet.
And you wonder why He withholds certain things.
You wonder why things are difficult or why the road seems rough.
First, listen to what the Holy Spirit says.
Make your church not only a church that practices the Word, but also a church filled with the Holy Spirit.
Always put your word first.
Move in the Spirit according to the Word.
Then the glory will be revealed.
Many people will see the glory.
And the blessings of the Lord will flow like a river.
Lord Jesus, thank you. 1
Some things in our church today no longer work, but no one is willing to step up and say we're wrong.
No one wants to tell us we're wrong.
The Holy Spirit now speaks to believers all over the world, saying, “Seek the old way.”
We must return to the place where the good path is.
Now is the time to get back on track.
I pray that your heart will be filled with light as you read this book.
You have been called to build on the rich legacy He has established as a witness to the Lord Jesus Christ in this world.
With blessings

Kevin Jedi
