The purpose of this book is twofold:

· Introduce the principles of circle dialogue to restorative circle activists and help them understand the circle's operating principles, thereby enabling them to understand the circle's horizons behind simple methods.

·To share, as far as I know, evidence and direction for the belief that circles can have not only value but also a holistic impact on life by understanding the core principles and horizons of circles when acting as a circle facilitator in any model of circles.

The essence of this is encapsulated in a new term called 'circle conversation.'
