Plotting a job interview
Description
Book Introduction
When I opened the first result.
I passed the first test with a cut score. At that moment, only one thing filled my mind.
“Is there an absolute evaluation system in interviews?”
Given the scoring system, I concluded that to pass the final exam in my range, I needed to score at least 98 points, and close to 100 points, on the interview.
Times of trial and error
Fortunately or unfortunately, everything felt unfamiliar during my first year of taking the exam. I searched for answers by searching YouTube, EBS videos, the magazine "Happy Education," and interviews and success stories. The 40 EBS videos, in particular, were a crucial turning point in establishing my values. However, you don't have time for the trial and error I experienced. If I could go back and do it again, if I had a senior to guide me, I would have passed the exam on my first try.
(Of course, I didn't even make the cut when I was a freshman... haha) Actually, my first score when I was a freshman... (I studied for 6 months and got ripped off)
From 'Bang' to 100 points
When I was a freshman, my interview skills were practically nonexistent. No one wanted to include me in their study group. So, I had no choice but to repeatedly hit the ground, fall, and get back up.
But in the process, I realized:
“Just because you’re a repeat student doesn’t mean you’re automatically good at it.
“If you go in the wrong direction, you’ll end up stuck in the same place.” That’s why I wrote this book to help shorten that process.
Times of Confidence
After I personally achieved a perfect score in my interview, I gained confidence in my methods. I gradually expanded my coaching team, solidifying my own teaching philosophy and interview approach. Now, four years later, I've compiled this into a book and present it to you.
This book is not simply a collection of questions and answers.
This book was written to provide the right direction to juniors who, like me, may have lost their way through trial and error, and to those who experienced failure without even knowing the reason.
In an interview, self-feedback is the most important.
However, if you receive face-to-face feedback coaching from someone else's perspective, you can quickly find your strengths and weaknesses and gain the power to raise your target score.
This can be filled with study.
Face-to-face feedback can help you see the process of becoming more "teacherly" more clearly, and it's a way to increase the stability of passing the exam.
In the meantime, I have been working hard to help people like me pass the exams by helping people around me pass the exam.
I would like to recommend this book to those who usually have difficulty with interviews.
