Beginning with Director Baek Eun-ha's analysis of actor Choi Hyun-wook's contemporary value, each chapter contains the story of a boy who knew nothing but baseball becoming an actor and a vivid confession that has never been revealed before.
An interview with director Yoo Su-min, who worked with him on [Weak Hero], and his training at an action school ahead of his next project are also included.
