“The true story of a woman whose life was all fake!”

Gudeok, a former slave, runs away from his cruel and abusive master, and by chance encounters the sudden death of Ok Tae-young, a noblewoman, and takes her place.
Having risen from the lowest to the highest, Gudeok struggles to survive amidst the fierce power struggles and suffocating secrets of the noble family.
Then, she meets Cheon Seung-hwi, a man who knows her past, and her precarious life begins to shake even more… What choice will she make between love and survival?
