The revised edition basically maintains the structure of the first edition, but adds new chapters: Chapter 1 (Philosophical Background of Qualitative Research), Chapter 3 (Types of Inquiry in Qualitative Research Methods), and Chapter 19 (Recent Trends in Qualitative Research Methods).
Additionally, we revised and supplemented the content of all 16 chapters presented in the first edition.

This book consists of a total of 19 chapters.
Chapter 4 (Grounded Theory Method), Chapter 13 (Document), Chapter 16 (Technology and Qualitative Research), Chapter 17 (Validity and Reliability of Qualitative Research), Chapter 18 (Qualitative Research Ethics), and Chapter 19 (Recent Trends in Qualitative Research Methods) were written by Professor Yoo Ki-woong; Chapter 5 (Ethnography), Chapter 7 (Case Study), Chapter 12 (Observation), Chapter 16 (Technology and Qualitative Research), and Chapter 19 (Recent Trends in Qualitative Research Methods) were written by Professor Jeong Jong-won; Chapter 1 (Philosophical Background of Qualitative Research), Chapter 6 (Phenomenological Research), Chapter 9 (Narrative Research), Chapter 10 (Qualitative Research Design), Chapter 14 (Qualitative Research Data Analysis Method), and Chapter 15 (Writing) were written by Professor Kim Young-seok; and Chapter 2 (Understanding Qualitative Research Methods), Chapter 3 (Types of Inquiry in Qualitative Research Methods), Chapter 8 (Action Research), and Chapter 11 (Interview) were written by Professor Kim Han-byeol. It cannot be said that this book explains everything about qualitative research methods.
I just hope that this will be of some help in understanding and putting qualitative research into practice.
