Publisher's Review
It's been quite some time since I decided to write a book on Korean grammar education.
Rapidly increasing
Despite the demand, it is presented in the form of a single volume organized within the various perspectives on changing grammar teaching.
Publishing a grammar education theory was not easy.
Above all, grammar theory that deals with the content of grammar
While it is distinct, there is accumulated research that distinguishes it from theoretical grammar or educational grammar for foreigners.
Because it was an area that was needed.
Learning a foreign language allows you to communicate with people from different cultures and encounter diverse ideas.
The work is about overcoming the limitations of thinking that can be confined to only one language, and through language,
It is a matter of gaining diversity.
So learning a language is not just about the number of words or grammar items.
It's not about expanding your numbers, it's about learning communication skills.
In this respect, grammar
Teaching should not be separated from the communicative function, but should be linked to the specific situational context of language use.
Should be taught.
Grammar that can improve learners' communication skills is the real language.
This is because the grammar must be such that it can be used appropriately for each situation as well as accurately.
This book considers the issues of grammar and education together, and examines grammar items from the perspective of Korean language education.
The aim was to discuss teaching methods for Korean language grammar to improve communication skills.
Also, during that time
I tried to review and organize the accumulated discussions on Korean grammar education and to include the issues at stake.
This book is largely divided into three parts: a general discussion of grammar education theory, teaching content for each grammar item,
And it was divided into grammar teaching activities.
In Part 1, the outline of grammar education theory, the goals and direction of grammar education in language education were covered.
We discussed the characteristics of the Korean language that form the content of grammar and grammar in language education.

Part 2 covers the content of grammar education by grammar item.
The grammatical functions of parts of speech and the teaching methods were discussed, as well as the issues of teaching by grammar category.
