Book Introduction
『Reading Civil Law Articles One a Day: General Provisions of Civil Law』 Revised Edition 2023.
It is composed of four volumes instead of two as before, so each volume is a bit thinner, but the total number of pages has actually increased due to the addition of various contents.
Parts of the existing general rules that were insufficient or lacking in explanation have been supplemented by adding 'advanced learning' and other elements, and the editing has been renewed to improve readability.
Additionally, we have re-edited some of the pictures and formatting from the previous book, and added an index to make it easier to look up concepts.

Nevertheless, its importance in our daily lives is enormous.
So, I naturally came to the idea of writing a general textbook that would be readable to some extent even for those who are new to law, and would also provide an opportunity for review for those who have even a little experience with law.
This book adopts a structure that follows the exact order of the articles of the Civil Code.
In cases where it is necessary to study concepts that appear in the latter half of the text first, we have structured it so that you can briefly taste them as a preview and then learn about them in detail later.
I tried to include as many examples as possible to help with understanding, and most of the examples were made in the simplest form possible by using the timeless classic Korean actors 'Cheolsu' and 'Younghee' so that anyone can easily understand them.
For those who want more in-depth information, I have also briefly presented the dispute between case law and doctrine.
