Easy-to-understand biochemistry
Description
Book Introduction
Considering that the fields of nutrition and health sciences are recently placing a great deal of emphasis on preventive medicine that requires extensive biochemical knowledge, 『Easy-to-Understand Biochemistry』 has tried to describe the basic knowledge and applications of biochemistry to help understand the life chemistry that occurs in the body, and to make it easy to understand and very simple so that the knowledge and information of biochemistry can be acquired with interest in a short period of time.
We have also tried to convey the necessary information in an easily understandable manner so that it can serve as an excellent introductory text for students studying nursing, pharmacy, environmental studies, biology, chemistry, molecular biology, biophysics, and biotechnology.

"Easy-to-Understand Biochemistry" describes the fundamentals of biochemistry and collects and summarizes new information in related application fields, making it possible to teach the course in one semester by composing 12 chapters.
It enables students to understand the basic concepts and characteristics of water, buffers, proteins, enzymes, etc., which are the basis of the chemical phenomena of life, and it continuously describes carbohydrate, lipid, and protein metabolism, which are important components of living organisms and energy sources, to enable students to understand their interrelationships.
We also tried to explain in an easy-to-understand way the chemistry of nucleic acids, which is the basis of genetic engineering, and the preservation, transmission, and control of genetic information.
