Field Training Guidebook
Field Training Guidebook
Description
Book Introduction
For students who enter the training program with the dream of becoming early childhood teachers, field training can be an opportunity to discover their potential, but it can also be a frustrating experience that makes them want to give up on that dream.
When students, who have spent a long time preparing step by step, face their final hurdle of becoming teachers, the field training, and express their worries and fears, I desperately want to provide them with practical help.
Stories from those who have already experienced it may alleviate some of their anxiety, but for prospective early childhood teachers, it seemed most necessary to provide them with practical and accurate information and guidance related to field training.
I believe that the proposition that 'knowledge is power' is true.

This book, which began with the humble intentions of these authors, has been revised and published to include more substantial content.
This book is divided into three parts and a total of 13 chapters to help prospective early childhood teachers understand the early childhood education field where they will be doing their field training, identify the standards for successfully completing the early childhood teacher training course, and then prepare for the actual field training at an early childhood education institution.

I hope this book, however inadequate, will serve as a valuable guide and teaching aid for prospective early childhood teachers, helping them gain theoretical knowledge and become more prepared for field training.
I hope this will help all prospective early childhood teachers successfully complete their field training.
