3GO: The Formula for Writing in the AI Era
Description
Book Introduction
Writing is no longer the domain of just a select few.
Now, we live in an era where anyone can easily create sentences using AI.
However, the writing that remains in the reader's mind for a long time and makes them want to read it again is still 'writing by people'.
"3GO: Writing Formula for the AI Era" revisits the unwavering essence of writing in the AI era and presents the "3GO Formula" that can be customized to suit any writing situation.
This revised edition, presented ten years after its first publication in 2016, condenses the author's writing skills honed during his time as a journalist, his strategic writing experience accumulated through public relations for major domestic corporations and National Assembly public relations and policy communications, and his practical know-how gained during the process of establishing new business and sales strategies.
It was reborn as an even more practical and systematic book, reflecting feedback from thousands of readers.
The author is currently a doctoral student at Sogang University's Metaverse Graduate School, and during vacations, he teaches 'IT Writing' at Sogang University's Communication Center.
This extensive field experience and educational activities position this book beyond a simple writing guide, establishing it as a comprehensive writing guide for journalists, office workers, practitioners, researchers, and educators.
In particular, the four formulas of ‘main root verb’, ‘on-site writing’, ‘application and arrangement of verb’, and ‘right freedom’ are like ‘prescriptions’ that can be selected according to the writing situation.
By applying the appropriate formula when necessary, readers can find their own sentences and develop writing from a mere skill to a power that expresses life.

Publisher's Review
Where do the differences between AI-generated writing and human writing emerge? "Writing 3GO: Revised Edition" finds the answer in "My Own Story."
In a massive 500-page book, the author explains writing as a process of learning, practicing, and reviewing, and presents a writing training method that even beginners can easily follow.
In particular, it differentiates itself from existing writing books by addressing contemporary concerns such as 'the limitations of prompt writing,' 'writing habits that coexist with AI,' and 'the power of messages that move readers.'
The publisher aims to position this book not as a simple writing guide, but as a comprehensive training manual for self-expression in the AI era.
This guide will be useful for beginners who want to start writing, teachers and coaches who lead writing classes, and readers who want to re-examine the essence of writing in the age of AI.
[Author's Note]
When I first started coaching writing, the thing I heard most often was, “I have nothing to write about.”
But there is no one who cannot write.
However, I simply didn't consider "from what perspective, for which reader, and how to present it." In an age where AI writes for us, the act of writing by humans takes on a special meaning.
Ultimately, writing is about the question of 'how to share my story with the world.'
This book is not about 'how to write well', but rather a record of thinking together about 'how to express oneself' through writing.
I hope that readers will discover their own sentences through this book.
