The new era of war has already begun.

And now, the emergence of drones is going beyond mere technological advancement and is having a fundamental impact on the philosophy of war, operational methods, troop structure, and even the entire international order.

Drones are no longer just auxiliary tools used for reconnaissance or limited precision strikes.
Today's drones are evolving into independent combat forces capable of conducting a wide range of military operations and even making autonomous decisions based on artificial intelligence (AI).
These developments are accelerating the shift from quantitative to qualitative projection of military power, facilitating the move from large-scale, fixed systems to distributed, networked power.
This is the formation of a new military paradigm based on miniaturization, intelligence, and autonomy of weapons, and can be said to be a re-establishment of the battlefield structure itself.

The current drone battlefield is a transitional period of 'Stage 1.5' where people and machines coexist.
Soon, all areas of the air, land, and sea will be reorganized into unmanned forces.
But the battlefield is constantly evolving beyond prediction, and there will inevitably come a time when advanced technology alone cannot guarantee survival.
So, what strategies and principles should we establish amidst this wave of change? We must secure technological superiority while also developing alternative means for contingencies, reviewing the potential use of non-standard equipment, and adopting a "composite response strategy" based on flexible operational thinking.
That is the strategic condition for survival on the battlefield after the drone era.
