A mother born in Korea asks her son born in Italy.


That answer, trivial but never trivial, sustained my daily life in a foreign country where everything was new to me.
Anything not recorded will be lost.
The words we exchange are what we want to hold on to the most, but which we tend to scatter without even realizing it.
The child sometimes answers indifferently, sometimes with annoyance, and sometimes with seriousness.
We record the numerous questions and answers we exchanged.
Perhaps the child's answer will become the strength that sustains someone else's daily life, not just mine.
