Publisher's Review
Prism of is a quarterly film magazine that contains various perspectives on a single film in each issue.

It is a compound word of Prism and Of, and it means containing the prism of movies and the prism of people who watch movies.
We aim to create a magazine with collection value by re-examining works from various angles to expand the audience's cinematic experience.

Publisher's Note

The setting of memory loss also appears frequently in domestic dramas.
There are many different forms of amnesia, such as a person who cannot remember their childhood or a person who loses their memory in a car accident.
But even though it's a predictable plot we've seen time and time again, we find suspense in the difference between before and after losing our memories.
What is the fundamental reason why we are drawn to the keywords of memory and forgetting?

The actions of people with erased memories are often considered instinctive.
If you make the same choice even after erasing your memories, it may seem like it represents your personality.
So, the fact that they fall in love again even after erasing their memories is a metaphor for the fact that their love is inherent, innate, innate, or in other words, fate.
I think this is ultimately why we are so captivated by Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
There is only a little fantasy added to whether the oblivion is intentional or involuntary.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is a film that consistently ranks among the best films of all time.
For those who watched the beginning of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, it might feel like 15 years have already passed, and for those who discovered Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind later in life, it might feel like, “Wow, how can you be this immersed in a movie that’s been around for 15 years?”
This special issue of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is designed to appeal to everyone, from longtime fans of the film to those new to the genre.
We hope that this special issue will be a special gift to the many readers who missed Prism of 2, Eternal Sunshine, published in 2016.
