‘Korean Listening Skills’는 외국인 학습자들의 듣기 능력을 향상을 위해 만들어진 듣기 전문 교재이다.
‘Korean Listening Skills’는 주제별로 구성된 실생활 자료로 풀어보는 듣기 과제 학습을 통하여 학습자가 단어 및 표현에 익숙해질 수 있도록 구성하였다.
「준비」영역의 말하기와 「활동」영역의 읽기, 쓰기 등을 통해 주제별 심화 학습이 가능하다.
이 책은 특히 중급 수준의 실력을 가진 학습자들이 듣기 과제(Task) 풀이를 통해 실생활에서의 한국어 의사소통 능력을 키우는 데 중점을 두었다.
또한 실제 듣기 능력 향상은 물론, 토픽(TOPIK) 등 각종 한국어 인증 시험의 듣기 영역 고득점 획득에도 도움이 될 수 있도록 만들어졌다.
